PPC & Co manages paid search for businesses spending $3,000 a month and up: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Local Services Ads, Shopping and remarketing, with the landing pages and tracking built by our own team. Every account is run daily by a strategist with 14 years in paid search, our founder is a 2015 Google Partners All-Stars winner, and pricing is an onboarding fee plus a tiered percentage of spend, 15 percent on the first $25,000 and less above it, month to month. Based in Tampa, working nationwide.
What we manage
- Google Ads Search, Performance Max, YouTube and Demand Gen, structured by intent and worked daily. The core of every account.
- Microsoft Ads A mirror of the Google account for Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo and Copilot. Cheaper leads, 10 to 20 percent more volume.
- Local Services Ads Pay-per-lead, above everything, for law firms and licensed trades. Setup, reviews, lead feedback and pacing.
- Shopping and feeds Merchant Center, feed optimization, vehicle listing ads and local inventory for dealers and retailers.
- Remarketing Search, display and video sequenced by intent stage, with frequency caps that keep it a reminder rather than a stalker.
Every account also gets landing pages, call and form tracking and live reporting, because the ads are only a third of what makes paid search work.
How an account runs here
A senior strategist owns the account and is in it daily, with Shane K. Penrod leading strategy and on your kickoff call. No juniors, no account coordinators, no handoffs. Structure comes first, then creative, then pages, then the conversion data Google's bidding needs. The first 90 days run on a written sprint plan you see before you sign, and every 90 days after that gets a new one. Weekly written notes, monthly review calls, and a dashboard that's live all the time.
What paid search management costs
A one-time onboarding fee of $750 to $2,500, then 15 percent of the first $25,000 in monthly ad spend, 10 percent of the next $75,000 and 7.5 percent above, with a $1,000 minimum. On $5,000 a month that's $1,000; on $20,000, $3,000; on $50,000, $6,250. Ad spend is paid by you, directly to the platforms. No contract; 30 days' notice. Full pricing.
Industries
Law firms, auto dealers, home services, franchises and multi-location, and the retail, medical and B2B accounts that share the same structure.
Why not an AI-only agency
We use the same automation everyone else does. What you're paying for is fourteen years of knowing when it's wrong: when Smart Bidding is learning the wrong signal, when Performance Max is cannibalizing brand, when a "recommendation" would wreck the structure. How we think about AI.
Results
Eight years running one personal injury firm's paid search across three markets, from its first landing page to multiple six figures a month at peak. Case studies.
